The Uganda Junior Chess Team on Wednesday wheeled off from Entebbe International Airport for Greece. The team comprised of six girls and three boys is set to take part in the 2023 World School Chess Championships. The tournament is to be held at Rhodes City in the Dodecanese starting 13th to 23rd April 2023. FUFA Big League side, Police FC came from a goal behind to eliminate BUL FC from the Stanbic Uganda Cup. Ronald Sempala scored Police’s winner in the 64th minute after a Pascal Ngobi’s own goal had levelled matters for the Cops early on in the second half.
